Boards have a fiduciary duty to ensure that the assets of their charity/non-profit are used in support of the charitable mission. Key components include implementing financial policies, effective reporting using charity financial statements, cash flow monitoring, tax awareness and risk management. This workshop will review these areas to manage, track, and report on financials and funding to ensure mission effectiveness and financial sustainability.
