Board Governance is the “Rules of the Road”. When Board Directors know their role, responsibilities, tools and practices, the organization operates at a huge advantage with significant potential to grow, develop and better serve the community. Learn the basics in this workshop from Board functions and liabilities to policy and by-law development. Mission, vision, purpose statements and fundraising basics will also be touched upon helping board directors to be better leaders.
